About Farm Share
2023 Farm Shares are on sale now!
New Roots for Refugees Farm Share is a CSA program (Community Supported Agriculture) that provides subscribers with 5-7 locally-grown, seasonal vegetables and herbs. Share can be picked up at one of our four pick-up sites around the greater Kansas City area according to the schedule below. New Roots aggregates produce from farmers currently in our program, as well as graduates from the program. Payment is made in advance or in installments and helps provide capital such as seeds and tools for farmers to use in preparation for the growing season.
To subscribe to a Farm Share, customers first make an account on our Local Food Marketplace website (linked below). Customers can use the online marketplace to make payments, put their share on hold, or shop our online farmers’ market.
The 2023 Farm Share will run from the week of May 10 through the week of October 12. Customers can sign up for one 11-week session, either Early Summer or Late Summer, or choose the Full Summer share (22-week session) and receive one week free.

Gift Certificates Available!
New Roots is excited to announce gift certificates are available through our online marketplace. Gift certificates can be redeemed towards a Farm Share or items in our online farmers’ market!
